This March, we celebrate the hands that create, nurture, and transform—just like cacao. Join us for a unique cacao workshop designed for bakers, pastry chefs, and all chocolate lovers who appreciate its rich ancestral history.

✔️ Create your own handcrafted cacao paste using a metate (Mexican grinding stone)
✔️ Discover the ancestral roots of chocolate while preserving its cultural heritage
✔️ Enjoy Pozol, a traditional cacao and corn beverage
At Xocolatl House, we collaborate with 14 cacao-producing families in Tabasco. Through this workshop, we bring their traditions to you. Your support helps keep this ancestral craft alive and ensures fair trade practices
